Privacy Policy

What Earling Labs Closer collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

What Closer does

Closer helps a contractor reach back out to their own past customers and prior estimates. It drafts lead-reactivation text messages and emails with AI, and sends them on the contractor's behalf, only after the contractor reviews and approves them. This policy covers Closer specifically; the suite-wide Earling Labs Privacy Policy and Terms also apply.

What we collect

Who processes the data

These providers process data only to deliver the service. We do not sell contractor data or contact data, and we do not use contacts for anyone else's marketing.

Consent is the contractor's responsibility

The contractor is the sender of every message and is responsible for having each contact's permission to be texted or emailed, and for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier rules. When importing a list, the contractor must confirm that the contacts gave their business permission to be contacted and that the list was not purchased.

Opting out (for people who receive a message)

Opt-outs are kept on a suppression list so they stay in effect even if the contractor deletes and re-imports the contact. Texts are only sent between 8am and 9pm local time.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the contractor's account is active. A contractor can delete contacts or their whole account in Settings. Opt-out records are kept for as long as the account exists so opt-outs are honored. To request deletion, or if you received a message and want your information removed, email support@earlinglabs.com.
